Tourist guide of Andros; Getting in Andros

Andros can be reached very easily by boat from the port of Rafina. It is 36 nautical miles from Rafina to Andros and the voyage takes two hours. There are a lot of boat departures every day.

Getting to Rafina from Athens International Airport - ELEFTHERIOS VENIZELOS
 
First you have to go to the Rafina port, that is only 10 km from the Airport. You can choose between the Bus (ticket is 3Euro) and Taxi that cost about 18-20 Euros, while after 12 PM taxis apply Double Tariff so the trip will cost at about 30-35 Euros.

Getting to Rafina from Athens
You can take Buses from "Pedio tou Areos", not far from Omonia Square. Buses leave to Rafina every half an hour. The distance Athens - Rafina is about 30 klm.
